Refunds and Cancellation Requests
Prime Shuffle does not offer refunds once an order has been placed, nor do we accept cancellation and refund requests for orders placed by mistake.
Returns
Prime Shuffle provides store credit in the form of a digital gift card or a one-time discount code for the exchange of any items purchased on www.primeshuffle.com that are still in sealed, new, and undamaged condition within 15 days of the original order.
Our return policy is valid for 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original sealed packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Items not in their original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, and Prime Shuffle is not responsible for any costs associated with the delivery of a replacement package.

Got the Wrong Item?
While we strive to ensure your package is packed correctly, mistakes can happen. If you believe you have received the wrong item, please email us at arber.thano@primeshuffle.com with an image of the item received and your order number. Please DO NOT open any items you believe are incorrect. Opened items, even if incorrectly mailed/received, may be rejected for exchange or credit.
Damaged Items in Your Order?
The item must exhibit clear damage that affects its integrity and usability. Imperfections on the packaging or tears in the cellophane are not considered damage.
While we take great care to pack every order safely and securely, damage can occasionally occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and urge you to notify us as soon as possible. A damage claim must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your package. Please submit your order number and pictures of the damaged items and their packaging to arber.thano@primeshuffle.com.
Any damage caused by you or negligence on the part of your postal service may result in Prime Shuffle reserving the right to refuse sending a replacement or issuing a refund. Claims made after 7 days of receiving your package will not be considered for reimbursement or replacement. Do not discard or open the damaged item. You may be asked to return the items before receiving a replacement or refund.
